Constantly crashing on ios 18

This app used to be brilliant and was great for our company needs. Now they have been constantly reviewing leads charge statuses (taking up to 2 days at a time) this causes the lead not to show on the app and so is only accessible to see via a laptop, which is not always possible when you’re out and about. Please fix this issue, as it is causing major problems for mine and my husbands little business.

Absolutely terrible. For a leading company its honestly pathetic how terrible this app is. Literally nothing works, very hard to navigate around and never links to the right ads account.

No fit for service, vetting is really good for the supplier but not for the reviewer, anyone can leave a low star rated fake reviews from unknown sources with names that’s are clearly fake and these come through more frequently than the leads! How! The 1 star reviews are even for services I don’t supply and 12 in a week which is more jobs than I could even do! This service isn’t cheap, and the support is slow, it could be a full time process just to dispute the incoming negative reviews and there’s a knock on effect to your Google my business reputation too! One step forward 12 steps back! Buyer Beware!

No save button when using the app on my iphone which renders the app useless

This app is not user friendly at all. I am a IT engineer by trade so I am confident that it is not a failing of my ability.

The whole purpose of this mobile app is to allow you to connect with customers while you’re on the move , take enquiries through voice calls and messages and input their information into the booking page if they wish confirm an appointment. I have received countless requests from customers who have messaged me asking for a quote, however when you reply to them using the app the email that is sent invariably lands in their junk or spam folder and never seen again unless they check those folders. Often customers who message do not leave a contact number so it is impossible to make any other contact with them. Google charge you for this lead even though you can’t respond. I contacted the local service support team to ask for help and their only solution was that I should turn off the messaging facility only receive phone calls ? Another suggestion was to delete the app and reinstall it ( l did, but it didn’t work). Therefore my line of communication with customers is cut in half. When you receive a call from customers by phone and they would like to book an appointment with you the booking page does not allow you to save their details after completing all the data fields. There should be a NEXT icon on the top of the page which you should click to save the information and confirm the booking but this no longer appears as it once did? In conclusion, the app is not fit for purpose and needs a major upgrade. I have made several calls to the local service business team to get help but they haven’t got a clue . When you’re paying for leads you need a system that works flawlessly and this doesn’t.

Been using almost a year now originally this new version of ads was brilliant it was expensive always but I felt the customers brought in made it worth the cost, unfortunately the last couple month a large number of companies that seriously over charge customers I’m talking 550 pounds for a ball valve pricing is making it very difficult to see the google guarantee as a badge to be proud of as google seems to prioritise these companies at the top as they must spend more money with them but it really is a shame that what started as a great new product is now 80% conmen
