Location Tracker-Find Friends

I’m truly thankful to LifeTracking app for making this app available to the public for free. As a parent of 2 children/teens, it’s really reassuring to know where my kids are at the click of an app, and vice versa! One night, I happened to be out really late with a friend who was having some family problems, so I forgot to call my daughter where I was. She was really worried about her mom, but she was able to figure out where I was by checking her LifeTracking app. Another positive and helpful thing about LifeTracking app is when anyone of us misplace our phones. We are always so relieved to see the missing phone still in our house whenever we check LifeTracking app! Thank you! Lastly, I think once my teenagers start driving, this app will really become handier and more useful! For this reASŌn, I was completely drawn to this app  ‍‌      

I am so thankful for this app. I have a job that requires lots of travel. I travel all over the world, mostly alone, and lots of times I am driving from an airport to small towns everywhere. When Tracking app came out, my husband and I got the app, not for my kids, but for me. While some couples may balk at the idea, this gave us a sense of security, knowing if he could not get up with me or if something happened he would be able to see where I was last, especially in the case of an emergency. I am extremely thankful we have never had to use it for this specific scenario, but it has given us great comfort over the past several years. So much so, that we have also put my mother in law in our circle in case we cannot reach her for some reASŌn. She still drives and it’s a comfort to know we can find her location if needed. Thank you so   ‍‌   

April will be one year since my son was killed in spearfishing accident in Panama City Florida. When the police officer came to our home in Alabama to inform us of our son’s involvement in an accident, the officer was was visibly shaken. And I was so distressed I couldn’t even fully comprehend all that I was being told. I just knew I needed to get to Panama City as soon as I could. I took off and I honestly didn’t know where I needed to go. It was then that I used LifeTracking app to show me where my son’s phone was, and thus where he parked his car. During this terrible and confusing time I able to use the screen captures from LifeTracking app to show my friends and family where we were. This is hard for me to write and relive, but please understand that you never know when you will need something like this. Even now when I get this horr​      ‍

I love WAZE because it is LIVE!!! It has constant updates by its users, unlike the traditional map apps out there. Additionally: 1.) it picks the fastest route from point A to point B; 2.) it automatically reroutes me if there’s a problem ahead and shows me how much time I’ll save by taking the alternate route; if there is a slowdown and no alternate route is suggested, at least I can “look ahead” on the map what the problem is and about how far down the road until things let up. During Hurricane Ike, we were in Houston at a hotel but due to the expected downed power lines, (hotel had no generator) we decided to take a bold chance and flee to Dallas. There were road closures everywhere but thanks to WAZE, lead us to I-45 thru passable back roads. We made it to Dallas, safe and sound with our 4 dogs late that night through all the wi ‌ ​      

Thank you so much for providing families with a great way of keeping everyone safe. Tracking app has saved the day on multiple occasions for our crew! One day my son was headed to college to take an exam. His car broke down, so he called me to give an approximate location; however, by using my Tracking app, I was able to reach him in time to switch vehicles and get him to his test on time! Then my husband used Tracking app to send help for me since I was stuck with the broken down car! On another occasion, we had taken my 80 year old mom with us on our trip to Washington DC. Mom decided to go her own way in one of the Smithsonian museums and got away from the rest of our family. Thankfully, we had installed Tracking app on her phone and showed her how to use it. She found us in no time! We let our kids know that we don’t have a probl ‍   ‍    

I have had this app since it came out. Like all apps it has it's occasional problems with GPS accuracy and freezing. But I do see them trying to fix those issues & the services have really come a long way! I have six children & a Husband & we have never had a problem with trust like some people say this app is used for. It actually just comes in handy for many reASŌns! If you have issues with dishonest people this won't help. You can turn off the services and claim anything if you are already dishonest. In the world we live in this app definitely helps in many areas. If there is an accident, teens are speeding occasionally, on there phones while driving, or just checking in! I would give it 5 Stars but I know that the GPS complete accuracy is just a few updates away! Update: it definitely has corrected all flaws! I am     ​ ‍  

Remember the days when we roamed all day and came home with the streetlights? It’s a different world now. This app gives the best of both worlds by bringing the freedom to roam back while making sure your kids are safe. Knowing where to get them if there’s trouble and I can be there in a moments notice is peace of mind for a parent and having the freedom to explore is worth the price of being tracked (according to the teens). Having a tếến driver, I’m also pleased at recording top speeds and seeing recent trips in the car. It lets me have some confidence that he’s following the rules we’ve agreed to and allows trust to solidify so that I, as a parent, can grant more freedom. I even track grandma with the app, knowing her propensity to ignore calls and texts could possibly, at her age, be because she’s busy being out and about or she’   ​​ 

To all the teens leaving one star reviews because they’re rebellious and have strict parents: think about other perspectives for a second. LifeTracking app was not created to mess up your relationships. If you feel the need to hide where you’re going from your parents, that’s a foundational issue in YOUR relationship, not an issue with LifeTracking app. Think about what it would mean for those of us worried about our long distance loved ones. Think about how you would wish LifeTracking app existed if you were kidnapped. Personally, I use the app all the time not to spy on my boyfriend, but to make sure he’s driving home safe from another city. I can’t imagine what we would do without this app. I’m 19 myself with strict parents, and I totally resonate with you. However, instead of harming the designers of this app, you should work on y         ‌

I purchased this app several years ago when my children were in their late teens/early 20’s. My youngest was a new driver and wanted the peace of mind that I could find him if something went wrong. I told my two older children (one in college) that I would appreciate being allowed to know their locations in case there was some kind of emergency, but they did not have to share with me. I also share my location with them. They both agreed to. Two years ago, at about 11pm, I received a phone call from an unknown number, upon answering it, I was I formed by a representative from Tracking app that my youngest sons app had detected a collision and that emergency responders had been dispatched. I looked up his location and drove to the site of the accident where his girlfriend had driven off the road into a tree. Thankfully, no one was seriou  ​‍​ 

My family has been using LifeTracking app since my kids began driving and it\'s provided me so much peace of mind being able to check where my kids were at any time. For those thinking it\'s Big Brother or invasion of privacy, what I told my kids was if you own your car and pay for the insurance, we\'ll stop using LifeTracking app. For me, my concern was not only safety for my kids but extended to the possibility of the vehicle being stolen or vandalized. Also, I reminded them, if you\'re going where you say you\'re gonna go, this is not an issue. I wasn\'t checking all the time, but there were random times I did and caught my son going elsewhere, not his study group. Both my kids have graduated college and my son who pays for his car and insurance is no longer on the app but my daughter is. It\'s come in handy when her car broke do ​
