I figured it out and don’t like it as it looks by me removing other widgets below the clock to use one of contact widgets. Going to remove the APP. Not very good idea and am not going to keep swapping different Lock Screen backgrounds constantly just to get the contact widgets for either phone or text or anything .
Downloaded and set up widget. After over 30 minutes, still no widget on lock screen. Complete fail😭
