I use an iPhone 11 Pro Max and whenever I open this app, it crashes and closes, then sits in the background as an app that is unusable. I have tried contacting support with no response, uninstalling and reinstalling, as well as updating iOS and yet I still have the same issue. Has anyone else experienced this? As the app is currently unusable for me. Regards

I love the new app it allows me to pick and choose my own working hours and I can set my own radius to only receive Jobs in the areas I cover fantastic app and lovely staff in the office to work with has massively help my business thanks guys

I have been subbing work from LockSub for over a year, the jobs are perfect for me as tops my monthly income up by 20%. The office staff are very helpful and are very committed to getting you as many jobs as possible. Gary and Steve give 100% into making sure all the sub contractors are up to date with knowledge and prices so people don’t over charge.

The app is good, easy to use and I have had a lot of extra work since signing up. The team behind the app are great too.

Sub contracted for these a while back but after watching don't get done get Dom, one of the directors is clearly ripping customers off. Very little experience although they like to think they do, after seeing them work on tv my 6 year old knows more locksmithing than them. Stopped subcontracting immediately as they didn't ask for any proof of insurance (PLI) no DBS checks done, no proof of any qualifications you may have. So as long as you have a vehicle your a locksmith in there eyes. It was shocking to see. They also brag on the watts app group about there charges to customers. There prices are shocking £150 for a part that cost less than £10 (ERA gearbox) but then when a customer complains they blame the engineer yet it clearly states the prices on there iZettle, but apparently it's a guide but complain when you charge less. Charge a call out fee which is a thing of the past. Not interested in making sure the customer is insurance complaint. I would honestly avoid unless your happy to be on tv as a bad tradesman. Avoid as a customer as there prob not local and defiantly avoid as a genuine locksmith.

Have worked with LockSub for 3 months now, I get 2-3 jobs per day and works well for me. The team are professional and highly organised.
