Lodgify - Vacation Rental App

Una app muy dinámica y te ayuda a llevar el registro de tu propiedad desde la comodidad de tu teléfono, puedo ver los mensajes y hacer reservas sin necesidad de tener mi ordenador. Excelente experiencia!!!

This app really frees me from being stuck at a desktop all day! After initially getting set up on web, I can run my business directly from my mobile device. Also, one feature highlight worth mentioning is their calendar! It’s been EXCELLENT, especially with the latest updates their team released. Love the ability to totally customise it to fit my business needs

I’ve been using Lodgify for a few months now and my experience so far has been great

My unread message notifications are not syncing properly. Any time I get a new message from Airbnb, all my messages in Lodgify become “Unread” again. I have to open them all to “read” them every time. Very annoying.

Just forced an update and now I have no calendar view; uninstalled and then reinstalled the app but nothing. Congratulations on making the app not only non-user friendly but un-usable NOW.

I love this app and its many enhancements. It’s quick, responsive and I’m able to use it for most tasks I previously had to go to the website version for. Great to have and be able to manage my properties while on my phone away from home. You can tell the time and thought that has gone into making this as user friendly as possible. And the support is outstanding! The Product Manager and her team are refreshingly responsive. Can’t wait to see what future enhancements are in store!

Terrible app. Terrible terrible customer service. Looks like 1995. Interface and no ability to set up a proper working team communication. Awful awful customer service

We manage 25 properties with Lodgify and everything is wonderful. Great website, great processes and the app is incredible!

If I could give this less than a 1 star, I would. Takes 2 weeks to even schedule an onboarding call but you’re still paying from day 1. Syncing issues every other day which then lead to a loss of business. Vrbo doesn’t even show your listings when you sync with lodging. Customer service is terrible. Just stay away.
