Log my Care is an intuitive care management platform that helps care providers deliver more Person-centered care.

The Carer App is where care teams work and deliver care to their service users.
The Carer App works alongside the Care Office to form our platform.
To get started, you’ll need to sign up here first: logmycare.co.uk/sign-up
Once set up, within the Carer App, you’ll be able to:
- Log the care you’re delivering, including food, clinical care, activities, incidents, and handovers. You’ll also be able to upload photos and short videos.
- Securely access your service users' care documents.
- Review and action your daily to-dos from your care management team.
- Access and review care and support plans that your Care Manager has already built within our platform.
- Unlock access to our specialist features, such as PBS, goal tracking, and progress tracking.
- Our Rostering add-on lets carers view their upcoming schedules and any planned absences, including the ability to clock in and out with a single tap.

Four stars
Sometimes it’s very difficult to sign in. It buffers and a note comes up “Houston we have a problem “ Annoying as it means rebooting
What can I say
If I see Houston we have a problem again I’m gonna throw my phone away. Long winded, terrible to navigate. Stops working too many times. Paper would be more useful.
The worst app ever

Tailored for the elderly ,which is fabulous ,but not that great for our client group

Log my care is easy to navigate.However a General notes could be an additional log which can make it a great app.
Temperamental
The app buffers a lot and I can’t update my notes throughout shift. I am left writing a lot of information near end of shift which isn’t great nor best practice. I also think it should give you a 10 minute window to correct auto spelling mistakes

This is a nice app. It would be better if I could rotate the screen for iPad keyboard use.
