Not working again
Every time I go to use this thers something wrong. Today trying top book a flight but can’t put dates in. 🤷♀️

Introducing our GreenSkies initiative
At Loganair, we are passionate about the future of the world we live in. That is why we have launched our GreenSkies programme.
We are proud to be the first UK regional airline to take such an ambitious step towards managing and mitigating the environmental impact of flying, and see our decision as a clarion call for all transport providers – road, rail and ferry as well as aviation – to address and reduce emissions across the entire transport industry.
We have set ourselves a goal to have our operations carbon neutral by 2040 and have already been working hard on projects behind the scenes.
Green Skies Charge, this includes the introduction of a £1 charge on every customer flight and this will go towards fully offsetting the carbon emissions generated from Loganair’s operations.
It’s important to us that we’re upfront about the £1 charge. We want to be honest with our customers and we know this will help them to understand how committed we are to highlighting the need to recognise the impact of each passenger journey. If we simply incorporated this contribution invisibly into our fares, that important message would be lost.
Funds raised will be invested in projects all over the world that meet internationally accredited standards to remove carbon from the atmosphere. These could include wind farms that will replace coal and gas-fired power stations, and reforestation projects featuring carbon-absorbing trees.

Deleting
What's the point of forcing customers into only using app if they are booked onto a flight? I would have liked to have been able to see current flight status for meeting or taking family to airport! Especially for the Isles, where flights matter as part of life not just for holidays!!
Unable to actually pay for a booking
Tried to buy flights this evening but there was nowhere to actually put the credit card details in and kept getting error that the e voucher wasn’t found. Hopeless, had to go online with a computer as the phone scree is too small to access the web directly
Utterly useless
V2.2.6 for iOS ipad issued 3 months ago fails to display a calendar when attempting to book flights. It shows a blank screen. No idea what time money & effort has been invested by the developer but this version was written supposedly to fix bugs. Shame it was not properly beta tested before release.
Loganair app
Trying to book a flight but the payment page freezes. Cannot enter visa or details.
Terrible
Arguably the worst app I’ve ever used, can’t put in an email address that contains hyphens. If you try to scroll up the screen to read credit card security information it just keeps asking of you want to abandon your booking. Must do better
Unable to book flights
Ok till I get to the payment screen then hangs..tried multiple cards! Infuriating!
Very unfriendly interface
The whole Loganair website and app is a disaster. Very problematic UI that jumps / resets when going back page. No Apple Pay, very clunky app. Needs streamlined.
Terrible
Every time I try to access anything the screen just goes grey and freezes unable to put boarding passes into apple wallet
Impossible to book a youth ticket
Impossible in advance for someone who isn’t yet 12. The app will only let you book for someone already 12. This is just plain stupid.
