I tried three or four time to get some information about my 200 tracker it stopped working it won’t even light up nothings. But I can’t seem to contact anyone to help me . I’d like to send it back so it can be checked out. But nobody to talk to live. It crazy but I spent almost two hundred dollars for satellite time but it’s not working. I’ll never buy anything else where I can’t contact someone live again

I have been reaching out for over a year trying to get resolution for my problem. I have four trackers none of them are working yet. When you call the number, it says the number is not reachable. They are still taking money out of my account for renewals, etc.. I’ve had to stop the banking card in order to stop them who will not respond to any of my open tickets for Support, I still have trackers that are doing NO good because there’s no way to talk to a human at this company!!!!! WARNING!!!!!! this company was sale, but they were not service their employees. They were not respond to complaints. They will not respond to open tickets.

Wen I call it hangs up a lot I don’t get connected but it still take minutes away I’ve been using this app for over 3 years and it’s never been fixed it’s becoming annoying and a waste of money
