Since they’ve updated their app, it’s become absolutely useless. I’m losing money because of them right now because the files are not transferring to the canvas and it’s impossible to transfer my files into the app. The older app was SO MUCH BETTER. This one is absolute trash.

The first week it worked great. I had a play about with the provided text and images, getting used to the machine and was pleased with my progress. Then Bam, it is now trying to cut items from the centre of the mat. I can’t align it as people have suggested as I don’t have a printer to do this! Not sure if having one would even help, as the app is basic on the iPad and I don’t have a laptop. Maybe I expected to much! Help

Since they have revamped the app it’s just useless the old version was 1000 times better and easier to use only used it a couple of time since new version were I was using it constantly on old version just can’t be bothered now might even give up and just sell the machine

The machine works really well but the software is a bit buggy. Despite the major changes added to the iPad version allowing more features for some reason the basic ones are not working. Struggling to get the machine to load and unload through the app and sometimes it mirrors the image to be cut even though it wasn’t selected which is a massive waste of resources. The new update I feel has caused the cutter to drastically slow down. Can this be fixed please?

No matter what I try to do it will not stay connected for longer than 10 seconds via Bluetooth on my iPad or iPhone no help online anywhere looks like it’s got to be returned and goin g with cricut

I haven’t been able to use the printer because I’m unable to import any of my files. They require svg, and I’ve used adobe illustrator to save as svg and then the files are too big to be imported… it’s not at all useful if I can’t print my own images

While I appreciate that this is a fairly new product. The design space is missing a lot of features ie, font change , offset,ability to upload large files/png & pdf files for print & cut.

Wish I never did the update. Love the New images and variety of Options. Even though there are some great new and variety of images…, It was doing better without the upgrade. *The font options/function not so well. *Every time I scroll down to a certain point,looking through the images, it kicks me out of the whole system. * I was able to print to the full length of my materials no matter the size. Now there is a perimeter limiting me from printing as I want/need. *I still can’t figure out how to import images/files from other places/apps to LokLik so I can print/use them. Even though it did need some upgrade, is there anyway I can switch the settings back to the Original until the update is better?

This software would be amazing if some features actually worked!!!!! I can not install any new fonts and yes I’ve tried both file types!! I create in procreate then export and convert to svg import to LOKLiK design to cut and even that’s a hit and miss!!! The pause button on the machine does not work at all. Maybe in a few years they will be as good as Design Space…

I downloaded this app to test it out before buying the same brand cutter. When testing I discovered that the only file type the app will import is svg? Even after you have an svg it has to be tiny in size! Why not png? Other cutter apps will import png without a problem. I want this for stickers made in another app and I need png support.
