London Bus Checker

Hate this app with a passion since they put ads on it. I don’t have TIME to wait for advert to finish when I need to know NOW if my bus is due!! Damn you

Returned to London after 3 years away. My fav bus app now ruined. Too many ads and pop ups. Will have to use TFL instead

I had the paid version but it stopped working, the ads make the app completely useless

This app is useless

I’m not sure if this is run by the same. Developer, sold to a new developer or the company sold to a new owner but whichever it is, they have turned an indispensible part of my travel toolkit into a useless ad clickbait trap. A modest fee would be preferable to this. Complete fail.

This app used to be great. Now it either shows buses that never turn up or doesn’t show buses that do. You might as well guess for all the good this does now. It’s been like it for about a year and I’ve finally given up hope it will get back to how it was. Deleted.

And that is saying something considering the London bus system… Was once great, now completely unusable. 🤬

They should make a paid version and get rid of the annoying adverts which really spoil this app for me. Just want a simple bus times app, not one that throws up annoying adverts most times I need to check the bus schedule at a bus stop. Removing this app!

Used to be a good app but the new video ads make it useless. Going to be dumped

The old London Bus Checker had a Watch app that was perfect: nearby stops at a glance without getting out your phone. I can only assume it was canned because the phone is where the ads get shown. But there's no indication that if I shell out to stop the ads there will also be a Watch app. Also, the interface is generally much poorer than the old app. Disappointed.
