越更新越烂，更新了有鼠标。长辈要按很到麻烦 为什么要做这种没有意义的东西？麻烦把鼠标除掉 很消耗我的耐心 宁愿看平板也不要看电视 好心更新移除鼠标。一星都不想给

URGENT
Please help me with my device, just bought longtv for 2 months, suddenly today it cannot be turned on. Only red light, but when on button is pressed nothing occured
