Can’t even connect… nothing but trouble. No reliable. No not buy!

This app kills the purpose of spy or hidden cams by not Recording while the app is minimized. If app developers can update it with minimized recording mode it would be great.

Got this off the DeluxCCTV website and I thought it was an American company. Even if it was, it didn’t use an English speaking App. Once I had the thing finally set up after dealing with some out-of-date instructions that were sent with the package, it wouldn’t stream video for longer than 5 seconds. Then it would freeze. Kept saying camera was “offline”. Finally ran an Ethernet cable all through my house to the Roku model I purchased, and now it works. However, it only streams video if the device I’m using to watch the live feed, is also connected to WiFi. So if I’m out in public, using cellular data, it doesn’t connect. Also, it doesn’t record video. It will send me a push notification that says “Alarmning” (misspelled) and that’s when it should be detecting motion. It simply takes a photo of what happened, but doesn’t record any video?! It’s pretty much useless. I now need to search for a better product and waste even more money. Pretty pathetic in 2024 we don’t have better products that are easy to find.

Camera is ok but since I updated the app now da audio is distorted all I can hear is some clicking noise lots of distortion

I don’t know what happen but my camera no longer works tried resetting it still nothing

Latest update prevents adding new devices. I get “ID number invalid” Please fix ASAP!! I tried contacting dev but invalid contact info.

The application is broken and it jump out from app . please give a new update . We stil use your cameras .
