I had a terrible experience with this company’s customer service. I ordered a perfume two weeks ago and still haven’t received it. Each time I contacted them, they gave me different excuses. First, they said the order was with the delivery company, and the second time, they claimed it would be picked up soon. I do not recommend this company due to their poor customer service and unreliable delivery process.
From my experience, I have never been disappointed, All my orders were perfectly delivered and they are 100% original. Any easy App to use where the items are clearly displayed with their descriptions. Also the online customers service is very accurate and workers reply fast even late nights if I sent them message and in weekends too! And I like there special bundle offers, discounts on special brands. Lovely Loolia Closet and to the next best thing! Keep up the good job :) D.C
