Good on the desktop
Loom is great with the desktop version but the app lags and doesn’t sync voice and video properly. iPhone 16 max pro
Can’t upload videos after recording
I could record video well but after that not getting any way out to send the recorded video to my team or network
Didn’t save!😡
I did like an hour of recording it. It didn’t save any of it. Worst app I’ve ever used.
Won’t let me log in
I’m unable to log in as when I try to log in by google or apple or sign in too, the buttons just don’t work??
Doesn’t work at all
Video stops recording 5 seconds in, interface is terrible, overall poor experience with this platform. Avoid it and find a better platform to use for you and your team.
Loom please fix this
Loom recording always ends recording about 10 seconds to soon.
Just a straight problem
The app either on the phone or on desktop starts and stops at random times so you lose valuable information, also it is difficult to know if the loom saves properly or not. I wouldn’t purchase it again.
Loom is Awesome!
Loom makes it so easy to create brief, simple, informational videos to communicate with my staff! Very user-friendly!
