Constant error messages don’t allow for charging connection

The ONLY reason I have this silly charging company is because my apartment building had the bright idea that Loop was sufficient. It’s not. It’s always something. If it’s not the charger it’s the app. If it’s not the app it’s the charger. Customer service is a joke. I believe it’s one person that answers the calls on a cell phone. A complete joke.

It’s frustrating that I have to have 17 different apps on my phone to charge my car at different stations; it’s even MORE frustrating that this app is the worst out of all of them and literally does not work half the time. I’m constantly getting error messages and sometimes my car doesn’t actually start charging even though the app says it does. Literally the worst charging app to exist.

This is a horrible charging system. Each time you rely on it to charge your car, it won’t charge. It just keeps circling and circling. I’ve had to take uber to work because it just wasn’t charging my car. Absolute horrible!! I can never install this in my home. I don’t know why my apartment decided to install these chargers..

Wow could you make it more difficult to start a charge?!

Not able to add my home charger to the app, bought this one because it was supposed to be a smart charger with Wi-Fi connectivity, but when I called customer support was told that that part of the app is not even working yet. If a feature isn’t yet working, why advertise it?

As a guest, clicking the QR code scanner does nothing and then the app crashes when I go back to sign in. I think this occurs when the cellular signal is weak. Regardless, this is frustrating and an awful experience. On iPhone 15 pro max

This system is really bad. Always down.
