Really annoying, that I my re-fund had to be approved and I had to pay extra if it was over the size

Would not allow me to pay with discount applied, only way to pay was by using Apple Pay and without discount. Shame really as the App and website both had the same issue!!!

Lords and Labradors always have lots of interesting and unusual equipment and toys for my Labrador! Have been a customer for 3 years and never have been disappointed!

Scrolling and selecting some options don’t always seem to work on the website but good on the app. Easy to use but would be better to enter discount codes at the start of the order as it’s not clear whether you will be able to enter a code - it’s on the last page of paying so don’t miss it! Good selection of products but missing car belt clips, only one large harness. Several spelling mistakes too if you’re picky!

Great app, easy to use with lots of choices! Wouldn’t buy for my pup from anywhere else! My only wish is that your shopping cart would transfer from your account on the website to your account on the app.. Other than that great app with luxury products! 5 Star.
