Lorex Cloud

I still have the flir cloud app on my phone thank goodness. Like someone reported last year, on this app all my cameras do not show the entire image. I have to pinch in to see and cannot see a place to change as a permanent setting. This should be a "fit image to frame" but is not. The same camera on the flir cloud app is just fine. If you want us to buy your product, you must fix this app.

Don’t buy from Lorex. Everything about this system sucks. The app is terrible. Playback on the app isn’t working properly. When I go into the app and look at my live view the time stamp and everything like cars, people move super slow…. Update: I have the latest version of the Lorex cloud. Play back is not working correctly. Playback is super slow actually very painfully slow! I never said I had an issue with the notifications. Notifications work just fine. I am disgusted with this app. I was broke into last night and my playback is inaccessible. The video footage on my phone only shows a loading screen and poor quality. Stay away from this brand. Horrible quality. Too bad I couldn’t give them half a star. Shameful.

Playback is not working, I really need it badly. Just a few days ago theirs a thief roaming around the neighborhood and I’m out of town and I thought I can rely on this but the app is working only on live viewing. I’m so upset right now

Other than live streaming, everything else either doesn’t work or of the poorest quality. For example, can’t playback a continuous feed for a specific time period, gaps with no video or video reverts to very low definition. The entire system and software is amateurish, seems to be built by non-professionals.

Had to recently upgrade our Lorex security system from previous one using Lorex Home app. Lorex Home had occasional issues but overall very satisfied with it. Lorex Cloud however is a totally different experience. Lots of notifications that say ‘no record’ when trying to view. Very few notifications and known trigger motions show in ‘event’ listing. App is very glitchy and makes our Lorex security system almost useless.

Push notifications not working yet again.

Finally had the camera system set up only to find out the app is really not user friendly and does not provide everything I need. I see from my phone I have received several notifications throughout the night but yet when I go to the event list on the phone not a single one is listed. I try to do a 24 hr playback - no success. Will there be an updated version coming up quickly so all events are listed and playback works? or should I be returning the product back to Costco and purchase something else? Very frustrated.

I really liked the lorex home way better this app makes me feel like returning everything i dosnt work well for me im disappointed
