Predobra stvar za upisivanje namirnica koje konzumiras. Nismo svjesni koliko su namirnice teške a i kalorične . Zato ovako kontroliram svoj kalorijski deficit. Odlična stvar
the app helped me lose weight easily, as it gave me a reality check of how many calories in food. i like the fact that i can track my workouts too, and sync the health app! when searching for food options, it has a lot of worldwide options! for example, serbian food and snacks which i did not expect to find there!

Za oboljele od IR i dijabetesa - kao i one korisnike koji žele samo zdravo živjeti ili smršaviti - must have. Osim kalorijskog unosa i potrošnje - prati unos UH, M i P, vrijeme jela, unos vode, šećera, natrija i dr. I besplatna verzija je odlična - premium sjajna.
Great, great app! Excelent integration with apple health and watch. Switched from myfitnesspal and for me this is much better app. Useful web site, too. Recommend subscription, you will not regret any cent.
For several months I did’t feel real effects, but neither was I sticking to the plan. But the app made me conscious that I was eating much too much. And then something changed: because of the goal deadline approaching, the calorie allowance dropped sharply, to around 1300. This seemed impossible, and was impossible, but that was just it - sort of game, not going too much above 1300. So I stayed around 1500-1600, and of course it strated working. And at that very time I started feeling that really less food was enough, as if I was coming to my senses again, I remembered the simple rules passed from my grandparents to my parents to me - no late meals, sweets sometimes but not every day, home cooked meals (real Mediterranean diet - simple and sensible), it is ok to feel hunger. Also, because of the app as a reminder, I started thinking about why I was eating more than I needed - in my case I ate when I was tired but in no situation to rest - unaware that I was doing that - to stay alert and have the energy to keep going. But it was rest I needed, not the extra calories. In a nutshell, the app started me thinking about what I ate, and gamified dieting. It was enough to start a process and send me back to the forgotten basics - and I am grateful.
App crashes almost every time you want to OPEN it. Its frustrating
