i can't enter the game... wth i was trying to log in whith google account but it just freezing and stops. what's your problem? is it because of mu region? im very mad, i spent on this game ~200$ and it doesn't even work.

очень классная игра, но добавить бы побольше языков
исправьте пожалуйста
давно играю, очень люблю эту игру. недавно перешла на айфон 16 про и столкнулась с проблемой - показатели стамины, монеток и алмазов перекрывает остров камеры, из-за чего из не видно и сложнее играть становится. исправьте пожалуйста, жаль будет из-за этого меньше играть. многие приложения уже стабилизируются под новые модели.

Когда научитесь спрашивать перед тратой алмазов? В павильоне нажала 2 раза потому, что игра зависла, а она сняла алмазы хоть у меня были куча билетов. Все конкурсы на Facebook который не работает в России👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
A huge donation dump
I’ve played this game for a few years since ~2018, back than it was all about purchases, you couldn’t get awesome costumes if you didn’t have money, all free costumes look like trash (and now nothing changed as far as I can see). I stopped playing the game, but didn’t delete it so I could return because I did a lot (A LOT) of purchases and I didn’t want to lose them. I bound all accounts possible in order to avoid that. Now I enter the game and imagine my surprise when I see that all my info is lost and the game starts from the very beginning…. I wrote to customer support, explained situation, I was ready to provide all my bound accounts names, but they said that they can do nothing without ID (9 random numbers that I somehow suppose to remember through years), nickname, level and VIP level. So it turns out I bound this whole bunch of different accounts just for the fun of it))) All in all, the game is trash if you don’t donate A LOT of money in it and be ready that in random moment all your progress can be lost without a possibility to recover it if you don’t remember 9 random numbers or detailed info about your account. And don’t bother binding you Facebook / google / Apple acc because it won’t help at all ;) Thanks for wasting my time ❤️🔥

Совершила оплату на покупку набора за реальные деньги, деньги списали, но набор и ничего из того что должны были дать не дали

ПОЧИНИТЕ БАГИ
очень тупит. игра прогружается долго! до этого проблем не было,а теперь сидишь по 5 минут и ждешь ,пока эта снежинка после каждого клика пропадет. почините игру! я задания по пол часа выполняю,хотя ранишь это занимало до 10 минут. играть невозможно и нет желания.
Прекрасная игра
Я играю в неё уже 4 года, и они ни разу меня не разочаровывала. Может только в том моменте, что перед абсолютно любым действием она предупреждает во второй раз, что мы хотим совершить это действие, но перед тем, как выйти из аккаунта, игра ничего не сказала и просто меня выкинула. Но я всё наработала обратно. Шикарная рисовка и расслабляющая атмосфера, из за которой хочется играть дальше. Куча ачивок для получения и оправданная цена доната
