Love Saks

I'm personally having a terrible experience with the app can't get past selecting what I want doing before I get told there's no one available to carry out the service ( ladies cut and finish) before I can even select a date and time.

Does not have my salon so unable to use, I have tried three times to use this app in the past 18 months & am disappointed that my branch of Saks has not been added at any point!

Great having an app to book appointments

My salon is not part of the app therefore unable to use!

Love having an app to make my bookings now! I do everything online and this makes things so much easier, plus it logs all my info and appointments.

Unable to get past the find my salon section as they don’t list it

Brilliant, so easy to use. Looking forward to using it to book my appointments at Saks.
