Bug fix every other , way too many

I keep trying to log in but it doesn’t allow me anymore. It says it’s a service error.

There are a load of scummy people on here asking for money to play with your toys. It’s all a scam obviously and the app gives you the option to report people for it. I’ve reported several people now supplying both screenshots and copies of the direct messages asking me to pay them as evidence but their accounts remain active. I guess that Lovense don’t care about removing these predatory people from this app and, as a result, there are barely any decent people to connect with.

Really good app, I love the patterns that you can discover and create and that your partner can control the toy. It works for me (UK) with my partner (USA), but the connection drops sometimes. It also stops working when I go onto my mobile date. There are also a few minor messaging issues, where I've ticked the button to autoplay patterns from someone and I still need to manually press play on them much more often than I would like. The most annoying issue, however, is that for the alarms to work, you need to have the app open and your phone on and right next to you. Otherwise, you just get the notification. I don't know about you, but I usually sleep with my phone off, otherwise the bright screen interrupts my sleep. This means that the alarms aren't very useful and this was unfortunate, as this feature was something I was very much excited for. Finally, even when you delete an alarm, you get two notifications for it, and there's no way to stop these notifications, as I have already deleted all of my alarms. The only way to disable these notifications would be to turn off all notifications from the app, and I don't particularly want to do that as I enjoy getting the message notifications when someone messages me.

I don’t know whether the app recently updated, but the remote page has gone black. No loop, float or any other controls. I reinstalled, but the problem is still happening!

My only issue with it for the alarm feature to work on iPhone is that your phone has to be switched on and right next to you to work

I never leave app reviews. So bought this on a whim after my girlfriend (long distance, UK-USA) shared something similar to me on IG. I had seen the lovesense brand before and purchased it after a great deal the day before Valentine’s Day. It arrived next day, Valentine’s Day afternoon and we were both excited to try it out over FaceTime. We both setup accounts within minutes though when we both used the suggested Apple password this was not saved in the app and required us both to reset passwords, this took us to a browser which then saved our passwords accordingly, slight niggle but resolved quickly. Within minutes of setting up the app and adding each other as friends the prompts of ‘giving control’ to me added to the excitement. Using it live while on FaceTime was amazing and instantaneous with my controls and her reactions. I’ll be honest, we haven’t explored all of the features but used the video call feature in app which although slightly lower quality than FaceTime allows a better experience (though your own camera view is smaller than FaceTime). Using the control feature within the in app video call was amazing and took things to the next level. It’s truly an fun and sexy experience being able to give your partner pleasure, especially when in a long distance relationship, this allowed to react to prompts in real time, teasing, and also exploring power dynamics to surprise control was something we enjoyed wildly. This review is after one use so I really hope we don’t have any issues such as some reviews I’ve seen, but on a first use basis we were both extremely happy with our purchase and apart from a the two niggles with setting a passwords and adding each other as friends the entire experience was amazing for us both.
