The rewards program is great. The problem is accessing your rewards when it’s time to shower. Twice now the app can’t retrieve my rewards. Deleted and reinstalled no luck. Also another problem is having to enter password each new location even with Face ID on. Kinda defeats the purpose of Face ID.

The app updates always seem to be in the middle of the day when stores are busiest. I guess doing it in the middle of the night when traffic is light is too much to ask? Other than that I like the app. Just have some respect for the time of the people using the app for updates.

You would think there would be an option somewhere in the app to update the app to the most current version. I deleted the app and then re downloaded it like customer service said to do. And the loves customer service says i still don't have the latest version.

I love the salad and fruit selection at loves as I do not eat meat very often. I also love their roasted spicy chicken legs as well. What I have a big issue is parking in most of the loves, not so much crowded because that will happen but at least control where hit shot, RVS AND Bobtail park. Some of those vehicles can actually fit in smaller areas and bobtail giving more courtesy to double park with someone else. But next are the showers being very nasty and smelling awful y’all got to do better. And last but not least please fix the app I cannot use it to reserve shower.

Loves! Thank you for for the free parking, the free showers, the free drink and ALL other great values. You have such a GREAT business model. So please don’t change as IT’S NOT BROKEN. I helped many drivers to switch from the competitors to Loves Travel Centers. Who many of them are now loyal customers to Loves. However the garbage in the photos I posted in google reviews was there for four days. Still after four days this garbage never been picked up. Downloaded the app but didn’t see a way to create account

After clicking the link emailed to me and successfully becoming verified, the app will not let me see the “deal” section until I become verified. Still gets 2 stars for the 10 cents off a gallon. Other than that the app is a waste of space on my phone.

Should show price for all fuels. It only shows gasoline prices.
