once I tried parking my bike on the rack it was completely full so I went to another nearby location to park there. That was also full. After trying to call customer service numerous times no one answered and when they did answer it went straight to voicemail. I looked on the app and it said there was some space on other bike racks in another town in Gran Canaria. I started riding there and after an hour of riding I finally got there just to see both racks were full after saying there was space in the app. Keep in mind I’m still being charged. I finally make it back to my hotel after hours of being out and have no option just to park it until the next morning. I went to sleep and could only charge it after I waited outside the hotel for an hour the next morning for someone to take a bike out and free up a space which was for my bike anyway. The seat was not stable and the handlebars weren’t great either.would not recommend . Customer service wouldn’t reply to means no one picked up

Once the app was downloaded it was a straight forward easy to follow guide for renting the bike. Very competitive prices compared to the places in the location who were around €60 per day rental charges. Don’t let the ugly look of the bike put you off renting. A very capable machine even on hills with a good range 😁

Threat value fir money highly recommend to get about

Terrible bikes 3/4 with missing pedals. You can screw one in yourself if you have a wrench maybe. App would not let me return the bike despite having returned it to the rack saying it wasn’t in the rack. Customer service line doesn’t answer meaning i was being billed indefinitely for a bike i couldnt use App deleted would not use again

1. The front wheel wouldn’t release when the bike was rented so couldn’t use it. On top of the on returning the bike via the app it only registered as parked so didn’t end rental. Several attempts also failed. 4 messages via the help page went unanswered. Rental only finished when system reset at midnight. Have now been charged 20 euros for a day’s hire of a bike I couldn’t use. Very poor, would not recommend at all.

Tried numerous times to hire a bike but just doesn’t work. Waste of time

2nd day of renting bike, understand the integration of bike & app which is very simple. The bike are very easy to use, just like riding a bike, & can travel at very quick speeds with very little effort. Overall good experience.
