DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!! … I did not sign up for any subscription whatsoever, nor have I ever even received any form of email communication from this company. However, the company has somehow charged my credit card without even alerting me! Apple doesnt seem to know how this has happened and are now investigating. Conveniently enough for the app, there’s no way to get in touch either. I Have now called POLICE as well as well as my CREDIT CARD FRAUD TEAM!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!

I think the idea for the app is pretty cool! The way the app ACTUALLY is though seems like a cash grab that was made in a hurry. When you look at the page for a product, it will have a score on how well it suits the user, however, it gives different percentages depending on how you get to that page. It gives a lower score to products that I search, even if it’s in my recommended routine with a much higher score. (ex: It recommends COSRX’s Hydrium Watery Toner to me at 82%, then if I search it, it gives me a 62% fit.) The app crashes often and the face scans seem strange to me. The review does not take into account the 3D scan it just took of my face, just the initial picture. I don’t understand the point of this other than theatrics or training the AI for something else other than the usage of the app. I also don’t appreciate that the website I used to sign up for the app promises a report of some kind, but does not deliver in the app. I really regret paying for this, I don’t think it’ll do anything for me in the next month.

I’ve been trying to cancel for weeks and they took money out of my account anyways. Customer service is absolutely horrible I can’t get ahold of anyone to cancel my subscription

This app is extremely glitchy and pauses then disappears in the middle of my analysis.

It won’t open after paying $30 for the service it says…Opps!!! it’s taking to long to load please retry

Not only that I cancel my trial before it expired and I was charged $100 without any direction as to how to cancel because nobody is responding, now the app won’t load for the last five days and there’s nobody to contact to fix it. I’m calling my bank to dispute discharge and report fraud

They over charge you. On the website when you sign up it says first month for $19.99 I was charged $29.99 and then 19.99 on top of that. The information is helpful but not for that cost. Scam

Ok so i chose the 1 year membership. Then it asked if i want to buy the scanner for an additional $19.99 so i did. About 70.00$ total but the app is not worth the amount. It does not recognized all scanned face products, even some of the well know brands. It recommended a toner that was bo suitable for my skin. A score below 60%. Horrible. I cancel the subscription already but i get to use it until next year and hopefully i won’t be charge like most of the 1 star reviews.

There is NOT a free trial. You are charged immediately. I have been trying to cancel via the app and the website before I am charged again and keep getting an error message. I have emailed customer service and have not heard back from them.
