I was introduced to this app by the nurse at the diabetic clinic. This app is very handy. It helps you to make food selection based on the glycemic index. The app is very easy to navigate and understand. It gives me many different choices of food. Definitely a keeper!!!!

I found that by following the principles outlined by Dr. Ross in the short video which comes with the app and using the actual app allow me to craft my personal weight mangement plan. The great thing about this product is that you truely can preserve the taste of food you enjoy without gaining weight. I had no idea that certain breads, pastas, types of rice, drinks and desserts are better for me to consume. Thanks Dr. Ross.
