I need the app to be more accurate with my hours to know how many hours I have been out active. Also, drivers shouldn't have any assignments unless vouchers before the following day. If someone is close to the requested trip, let it be giving and not giving to someone far from the location because he cools people. I'm tired of seeing trips taken away from me. I'm out there 12 hours per day and 6 hours or more empty because people assign rides to others. Please let the trip request flow by itself once it is done by the app or a customer called the base. Too many accidents and unwanted tickets have been given because of it, and if it continues, LSN driver management is going to be fully responsible for driver accidents or driver muggins because of a lack of passenger information and with holding trips from drivers to have them out for longer. Please 🙏 take my warning to consideration before is too late and greed end up being a down fall for all.

Unable to keep track of total earnings & total trips from day to day.

Please fix the app because sometimes calls don't go through

Everything works fine other than the fact that you won’t here the ping when I ride comes in unless your actively on the app at all times which makes it extremely annoying

Please fix the app and update the software it crush every minute I turn on..

Nice one for local Drive. Development needed. ETA needed to be accurate. Easy to use. Limited function.

You guys need to go in to work this weekend. I just updated to IOS 17.4.1 and your app is crashing. Someone needs to be fired.

The app is trash. And the business with those bases is still garbage since years. I think it is a matter of time to lose all customers and shut down.
