Useless
I downloaded the app from the App Store and began setting up my Smart Plugs. Once connected to WiFi, the app stated that I needed to update the plugs firmware. (DO NOT DO THIS) After updating, this app now said that the firmware was too new & that it needed to be updated. Unfortunately there is no update available, rendering the app AND Smart Plugs completely useless, unless you have a Google Home/Alexa to control them. Seriously, you can’t control the plugs at all without updating to this imaginary update that doesn’t exist. Problem first started for me 4 weeks ago & I've been waiting for a solution ever since. Is there anyone running this app!?
