Lucid Dreams Meditation

Don't waste your money, complete waste of time .. And it Contradicts itself on breathing asks you slows to take a slow deep breath in and then jumps telling you to hold exhale before you have a chance to breath in font waste your money.

I'm not sure how well it's working, but I do know I'm having the best sleeps I've had in a LOOOOOONG time. The relaxation induction is just amazing - and Ericks voice is appealing. Now crossing fingers it's working!

Had this app for a few days now. No lucid dreaming yet but I do get a good sleep from it and have good dreams so time will tell :) still recommend this just for a good sleep app!!

Good job! Could include a few more details about hypnosis, such as is it as beneficial to listen to two different hypnosis programs on the same night?

This is the best app on my iPhone! I've even bought a second topic. Worked first time and got better with continued use. It's freaky how real my dreams are now only after the second night! Keep up the good work!

I like Erick Brown's voice and approach to hypnosis, it is one of the best in the market. All these applications claim that you are able to select the background sound. This would be wonderful if it was true. In reality you are stuck with a distracting guitar performance in the background. Deselecting the music option does not take the guitar sound away. What could have been a really good application is not. This oversight is a shame.

I’ve been using this app on my phone for years. It is the best app that I have used for sleep. I know that it is labeled lucid dreaming but I only stay awake 5 to 10 minutes and then I’m out. I use it every night.
