Even with the new app refresh, i am getting a horrible experience. More often than not the mobile key does not work. When it does work i am waiting for at least 30-60 secs before the car unlocks. Luckily i carry the key card around as I have been locked out of my car multiple times. The app itself takes FOREVER to wake the car up. Half of the time it doesnt even wake the car up. Now im dealing with the app crashing on start up. What a way to ruin the ownership experience. just tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling. continues to crash on startup. UPDATE: I had to restart phone in order for my app to load up again. Replicated same issue on another phone and fixed same way. uninstall app. restart phone.

Would be a 5 star if Widget would work!

Improved user interface but nothing else. New app does not allow you to schedule a charge or even open/close the charge port. We should be allowed to do that and specify time or day of the week to start/stop charging. Climate control seems also very limited. It seems OTA car software update is required to enable new features.

This is still the same app but with a different face. Rather than adding the functionality that people keep asking for you’ve spent resources on providing a facelift that no one requested. Not sure why the company does not understand that an important aspect of an electric car is the software. Where are the dashcams, where is the ability to turn on seat and steering wheel warmers? I’m disappointed in you Lucid and am getting tired of your lack of meaningful progress. Disappointing app and disappointing update.

I have heated and cooled seats and steering wheel but theee do not show up under Climate. Do I need to do something more?

The update is a nice UI refresh, but I would like to be able to set a departure time to automatically precondition the car. I’d also like to be able to set a charging window for the car to make sure it is only charging during certain times of the day.

Since last update or so app is useless. Takes forever to wake up and connect to car. Easier to just go to car..

App is practically unusable. It doesn’t load the status of the car. Keeps indicating “waking up vehicle”. Left it there 10 min still the same

Car is slow to wake which means you spend some time before being able to use app. Biggest missing function is ability to program when you want the car to be at temperature and ready to go like Tesla and Ford Mach E does. Why I need to set a timer on my iPhone to remind me to do this in the morning when I leave for the office and to do it before driving home makes no sense. This would seem to be a minor tweak for the App but what do I know. Love the car regardless.

This app is the worse app for EV Too slow to wake up like their stocks. If this simple app you cant make it work fast how do you expect your sale will go up. Fix this app make it as quick as Tesla !!!
