Automatic subscription service description

DEEP_VIP_GROUP(1 year), LISTENING_VIP_GROUP(1 year), READING_VIP_GROUP(1 year)
2. Subscription Price:
DEEP_VIP_GROUP: The annual renewal price is 198 RMB/year
READING_VIP_GROUP: The annual renewal price is 98 RMB/year
LISTENING_VIP_GROUP: The annual renewal price is 98 RMB/year
3. Payment: After the user confirms the purchase and pays, it is credited to the iTunes account
4. Automatic renewal: The Apple iTunes account will purchase the fee within 24 hours before the expiration date, and the subscription period will be extended by one subscription period after the deduction is successful
5. Turn off the service: you can "Settings" on your iPhone, click "Apple ID", choose "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscribe", select subscription service, and click turn off service

app半年都不更新的？
说实话app和卢卡之间的关联做的太烂了，简直还不如智能音箱。点右上角的碟片就重新开始播放，还不能实时更新。APP偶尔看不到卢卡具体电量和音量，只能看到大概
APP问题太多
建议换个研发团队吧，这APP做的也太磕碜了，很多bug就算了，基本的功能总该正常点吧，太失望，和价格不成正比！
建议增加耳机功能
强烈建议增加蓝牙耳机功能，这样两个孩子的家庭不会互相打扰了
识别不准
读绘本还可以，读自带的卡片那叫费劲，大半的时间都浪费掉，放前面根本不认识，还一个劲的说“再来一张”
希望熏功能听增加百度网盘内容定时启动

经常无法进入app
使用体验太差了～刚下载第二天就无法进入app，卸载重装又可以了，但退出以后就又无法进入了… 音量控制也很迷，只能在42%和57%之间横跳…非常不精确！
断网断网断网！！！！！
新买的，频繁断网，客服也解决不了，还有就是为什么联网了还要求蓝牙和定位啊
中国军事绘本类书籍
例如：坦克，冲呀！这个类型的书，太头疼了，去年我自己全部录音了，后面APP有这些绘本了，自己的录音不能放。卢卡的录音，全部是AI合成的，非常奇怪，没有任何感情，太敷衍了，每次听的很难受，希望品牌方能认真对待绘本，这种没有感情的AI合成声音，就不要毒害小朋友了
小建议
孩子习惯听故事睡觉，能否增加定时关机功能呢？
