Do not select this exchange to send money to India
Transactions take too much time
If you send money from this exchange, the money will not be credited to your account immediately. They say it will take 24 hours, there is a delay from the bank, etc. Very bad experience.

“Do not download this app – it’s a complete fraud. I had an extremely difficult time getting my money back, even after countless calls and follow-ups. They failed to process the transfer as promised and didn’t refund my money either. I strongly advise avoiding this app if you want to save yourself the hassle and frustration.”
Not customer friendly
Not recommended Lulu money App. Very very complicating application, not customer friendly. Unfortunately if you are calling for customer care support, not considering the customers.

Extremely unreliable service
Sent money, the recipient didn’t received. The refund doesn’t get credited automatically, you have to go to a local exchange to get the refund. So what’s the point of the mobile app if I have to go somehwere physically?
