Lulu Shopping

Can’t use the app. It suggests me to download a new App and reset the password. But AppStore says that the app is not available in the country where I am now. I’m in Dubai and have been successfully using the app just up to this day! Can’t close the notification about downloading a new Lulu app, can’t use the old version of the app, can’t download the new one. Can’t get the details about the order that I did yesterday… Dead end !

Not convenient search, crashed a few times. Delivery service available only in 10 hours 😱

The app is annoyingly slow. No Apple Pay. Delivery is always late and always doesn’t have 2-3 products I’ve ordered

No Apple Pay in app… 21 century…

Terrible app, annoyingly slow, cart goes empty suddenly. Frustrating to spend time preparing your large cart and find it empty in the end. I hate this app with a passion and will move to another shop just to avoid all those negative emotions.

I ordered a salmon fish which is mentioned on the app as whole CLEANED and I received it with bone inside and not cleaned when I reached out for the customer service with a photo they got back to me the next day with a very careless email as that’s the whole fish cleaned as in the order and nothing can be done!!! So take care when you order as they write what they like in the description and deliver something completely different!!!

App needs improvement specially on the payments, please introduce apply pay for easier payment rather than typing the card details
