Lumos Wi-Fi

This is a great app so far, but there was an outage yesterday that left the following features to be desired. -Alerts when there’s an outage in the area. -ETA for service restoration in case of outages -Contact Customer Service -Ability to pay bill via app Features like these in one place would be very helpful. Thanks for your service!

Could use some more advanced features, but for basic control it’s a good app.

Fast and reliable as promised. Glad I made the switch.

The app won’t let me log in. I have correct information. I recovered the username because it kept saying account doesn’t exist, and then they send me the exact username that I was using. Then when I try it again, it says again that the account with that username doesn’t exist. Software issues that prevent you from logging in and paying your bills seems like a malicious intent to delay and charge late fees.

Had to change network name due to equipment issue. App not intuitive and old network name is still appearing (disconnected) with no steps on how to add new network. It’s very simplistic to the point of why even bother creating one.

I like that this app exist, but it definitely could be better. It be nice to be able to edit offline devices. I’d also like to be able to disconnect devices completely instead of just ‘pausing’ stuff once it’s assigned to a person. And I’d like for stuff not to double up once it’s disconnected and reconnected. A lot of items are found as an iP address instead of the actual item which is also annoying.
