Купила подписку на неделю, чтобы сделать фото на Хеллоуин. Но ничего не открывается, кнопки не активны. Верните деньги за бесполезную подписку(

Раньше я могла купить один спецэффект и он оставался навсегда , теперь это сделать невозможно . Мне не нужна годовая подписка и все сразу спецэффекты , я хочу покупать только то что мне нравится и чтобы это оставалось навсегда . Жадность создателей погубит это приложение.

Почему при выборе пробной версии, списалась плата за год обслуживания? Требую возврата денег!!! Дополнение, полное жульё, деньги конечно вернул после мытарств с AppStore Но фак остаётся фактом при выборе бесплатного трёх дневного периода списывают сразу сумму годовой подписки не дожидаясь окончания периода Расчёт на то что человек запарится ковыряться в системе возврата, психанет и забьет
Ничего не работает
Раньше у меня была платная версия приложения, всё было нормально. В этом году добавили новые эффекты и за них предлагают доплатить отдельно, а старые эффекты вроде бы доступны, но с ними невозможно ничего сделать, даже картинку заменить

Здравствуйте! Покупки по одному эффекту были удобнее, можно вернуть их?
Развод
Установила приложение, зашла в раздел «бесплатное» и все время выскакивает предложение платной подписки. Удаляю, есть аналоги лучше этого
