Before I got pregnant was going to Barry’s bootcamp so I was looking for a workout intense but not as intense to be safe for me and baby. Luna motherhood challenges my mind and body and so grateful for this program! Amazing teachers and classes.
I typically do barre, Pilates, and yoga, and this app is perfect for me to do at-home prenatal classes.
I used this app during my COVID pregnancy and it was such a life saver! I was able to keep moving and do it safely with the modifications. I also loved when I was getting an ache or pain somewhere, they would have PT excercises to do and they were always helpful! I didn’t feel alone and always knew where to go if I needed help or something to be answered. My delivery was a success and my ObGyn was shocked at how fast I delivered because it was my first! Can’t say enough good things about this app, I highly recommend it!
I’ve only been doing Luna workouts my whole pregnancy and absolutely love having such a variety of classes - from stretching, strength, yoga - that I know are pregnancy safe and that help connect me to my body and breath. There are app features that I’d love for them to make, and I hope they grow and continue to add to the app, like showing which classes you’ve taken before and making it easier to fwd or rewind in a class or adding “levels” or intensity as filters.

I love the Luna Mother programs. There is a lot of variety and I always get a good sweat. The app itself is easier to use than the website, it’s way more user friendly. It’s nice to have it so conveniently on my phone.
Luna surprised me with how many resources are available (calendars, programs, lots of videos). Ive noticed an improvement when I use Luna regularly, even years after I gave birth. Wish I’d found it sooner.
This is my second pregnancy and I have tried my fair share of pre/postnatal workout apps. This is by far the best! These workouts are low impact but leave you with a light sweat and sore muscles. Will recommend this app to everyone!
I was a little lost when my normal workout routine didn’t feel well. Luna has really helped me keep moving through my pregnancy with a variety of workouts. I’m in month 9 and while I am doing a very scaled back version of my former routine, I am so happy to still be active. Thanks LMC!
They have all the tools to have a fit pregnancy - classes are great! I airplay them through my Apple TV and it’s a great way to get an at home workout fit for my needs. Also the pelvic exercises and breathing techniques are very helpful
