Luna Physical Therapy

Just had a second visit with PT, Ray Hernando. He is a consummate pro. Knowledgeable, professional, punctual. Incorporated my home gym into the recommended exercises this morning which was great. While I have appointments for outpatient PT starting next week, I may cancel and just work with Ray. Luna is fantastic. I highly recommend.

I am working with Luna Physical Therapy to be able to move better with my Parkinson’s. My therapist is Valentine and he is a very professional, patient and caring person. I am extremely happy with the service provided by Luna.

Excellent professional service by Stasha. She is very knowledgeable and proficient in PT and I felt relief within a few sessions. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing PT at the convenience of your home.

I tried this service when I had injuries that affected my training as an athlete. It is an easy to use app, but there’s one big downside if your therapy is not covered by insurance, which mine never is. Unfortunately, neither I nor my therapist had any idea what the actual charges would look like, and customer service for Luna just kept saying they wouldn’t know either until notified by some service they were using. My therapist and I had booked some sessions up front, and as it turned out, the sessions were twice what I had paid for past PT sessions. It is truly disappointing to me that we can’t actually shop or at least know about the session’s pricing up front. For that reason, even though this app has a good UX, I absolutely would NOT recommend it.

Luna app is used to communicate with your PT and their message folks. You can see appts and such in it. Use great caution! If using insurance, don’t rely on percentage of coverage, as you will pay an astronomical rate for care. Luna’s predatory billing practice is why healthcare costs continue to rise. Consider doing self pay and submitting your own claims for insurance. They DOUBLE their rate from a self pay provider than they submit to insurance.

I was suggested Luna By my doctor to get balance training but the website is crazy.

My doctor, Doctor Homesley gave me a list of referrals and. I chose Lina. My physical therapist is awesome. She is getting me to walk faster than anyone I could think of. She is so sweet. Even though I look terrible due to mouth surgery and no teeth in my mouth yet, she treats me like a movie star. She is so sweet and kind. I wish all of you could get her. If yiu need someone now, you can check and see if she has appointments available. You never know. God bless her. I love my sweet therapist. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️

I think the app is fantastic, but it won’t log me out when I try to exit the program. This could potentially cause a breach of my medical information. I set up the app for face recognition but after logging out it will log me right back in, sometimes even when the camera is facing the ceiling. Please fix this bug!
