You said I would get a $100 discount if I use the app. I entered the code and then you tell me I have to spend $2999. So I didn’t get the discount. All a bit dishonest in my opinion and not sure I would recommend LE anymore

Have just made my second booking with Luxury Escapes. My first was an amazing deal. Love the little extras that is included such as dining credits, late checkouts etc. Luxury Escapes is my first port of call now when looking for accommodation.

Absolutely the best app. We have used LE for packages all over the world and saved a fortune, and unlike other 3rd party apps, there are no problems or downgrade of service, in fact, usually the opposite.

Wow where to start. Firstly most unstressful holiday ever. Sometimes you expect things to be less attractive with these deals. Maybe not the best dinning, the too good to be true scenario. No the trip the food the entertainment the accomadation all 5 star and hassle free. I would like to thank Luxury Escapes publicly as they were so easy to deal with and sorted out an error on my side that they didnt need to, most companies would jump at the chance to keep your money. I had booked an escape but due to covid had to cancel. What was exceptional on LE behalf was that I had past the date I had to use my getaway, I thought I would have lost it through my own stupidity. But even though the time had expires Luxury Escapes credited the amount back to me so I cant wait to use it. This just showed me what a genuinely honest caring company they are and I couldnt thank them enough.
