I tried to book an appointment twice and the appointment never went through. Pathetic app! It’s of no use!!
Updating my review!
There are many salons and spas that have tied up Luzo now and I’m updating my review only after actually using it today! We enjoyed close to 45% off on a spa package and had a wonderful service. Thank you Luzo, will definitely recommend to friends and family 😊
Too buggy
It’s glitching too much, I downloaded 2 months ago and the offers page is still going blank. It tells me to avail all these offers but it’s just a blank page when I click. It’s very hard to even book appointments because it’s not choosing the option I am tapping. It’s not working at all. Please fix the bugs in the next update.
Rubbish app. Doesn’t work for basic things as well
It doesn’t load the menu, doesn’t detect location, doesn’t sort things , super slow… why does the app even exist?
