LVECU has integrity

I can keep a constant eye on my balance so I never spend beyond my limit. That’s priceless when you have a budget to maintain!

Overall the app is set up great and would give a 5 star rating if there wasn’t so many bugs. Whenever I log in it either takes 1 second or 1 minute to boot up, no in between. The app force closes on me at least 1/4 times I use it. It’s been like this for years now with many “bug fixes” and updates I’ve just learned to live with it not a super big deal but the reason for 4/5 stars.

This App makes my life so much easier, thank you, thank you!

The app is great. The fact that when I have difficulty with anything I am able to contact a human being, makes this my favorite. LVECU understands well how to balance the convenience of technology with excellent customer service.

My balance is always too low, can you guys fix that in an update?

The new update changed the war pending debits look on the Mobil screen. It is hard to distinguish between pending debits and transactions that went through. Please fix. It’s inconvenient.
