Interface lenta, os pacotes que há não tem como comprar… creio que seja meramente um aplicativos de fotos então já que nenhuma funcionalidade realmente esteja funcionando ! Muito ruim mesmo ! Estou em breve mudando para outra operador Lyca nunca mais !

Esta empresa não envia faturas das compras Online. Devemos denunciar a Autoridade Tributária. Pode ser feito no portal das finanças. Entretanto mudei para DIGI muito mais barato com um serviço impecável.

Nothing else to say app is worst thing i deal with on mobile.

We have three LycaMobile accounts, but since it’s not possible to log out anymore, it’s not possible to switch between the accounts. LycaMobile also switches on AutoRenewal for your plan automatically, and will use the credit card you used the last time for payments. It’s not so easy to switch it off, so be careful!

Never buy Lyca mobile SIM card if you don’t want to have a very slow support, to spend your time calling the company and just LOOSE your money. I payed for 3months package and after using it for one month the package have just disappeared!!! I have no internet, no calls, nothing to use my prepaid package. The irony is the support will process your request for 2 days! Seriously? I thought we lived in 21 century in the era of digital technology. Hopefully it is another good mobile operator in Portugal! Want to forget all my communication with Lyca mobile as a nightmare!

TLDR: poor service, terrible experience being a customer for almost a year. I’m switching. The internet coverage and speed is terrible. Billing is not transparent: sometimes customer support can’t explain where the money went. Customer support itself is the worst I’ve ever experienced: they interrupt you, do not listen, hang up on you before the problem was addressed without any reason (I’ve never swore but trust me I wanted so many times). The app sometimes shows wrong info. What you can see and do is very limited.
