Lynk - Digital Payments

People please be careful this app is very dishonest they will steal your funds for no given reason disable your account from logging in. When you contact them they will keep saying there investigation on your account with no valid reason. It’s been over 2 months my 400k been locked in my account. SMH. No justice

I have been trying from yesterday to get my reset link and I have not got it

I am not able to login to the app for weeks now, have reported the issue and up to now ntn! This is crazy

The only flaw this app has is the ATM interactions: The barcode ATM deposit/withdrawal feature always fail for me, resulting in my funds getting locked up for days before it gets deposited/reversed to the wallet. I wish there was an option to get a card linked to the wallet. Aside from that, bank transfers, converting JMD to CBDC, bill payments, data/credit top ups, funding the wallet via linked debit/credit cards, remittance services, sending JMD/CBDC to other wallets work perfectly! 4 stars because I have to resort to topping up the Lynk wallet via depositing the funds in another bank’s ATM, the using Lynk to withdraw funds from that card that’s linked. If I need to get money from the Lynk wallet, I have to send the funds to another bank, then use that bank’s ATM to withdraw the funds with that bank’s debit card. I think the Lynk team saw this coming, so they gave so many other options to fund the wallet. A Lynk debit card would really be nice to have.

I can’t sing into the app for five days now to get access to my money

I tried to withdraw funds from a ATM in Spanish on and the stated that I was able to withdraw the money but no money was pulled out. I made the report in regarding this so they can be able to reverse it and they’re telling me to wait on two business days to withdraw to get back my phone today is Labor Day and I have no way to get home. How many supposed to get home on the Labor Day and waiting two business days

If you lose your phone, email address or number, you lose your lynk account. My phone stopped working and I lost the number and my email account. I know my pin and the last phone number and I cant get in, plus it sent a text to the last number with a link to get in the account. I dont have that number anymore. This doesnt feel safe.

If I could give it 0 stars I would its down right stupid I added my card then tried to verify it on their stupid platform and it REFUSED to go through so I removed the card then tried to add it again then the app REFUSED to accept the card that it just accepted 5 minutes ago I have been in contact with support from 11:30am and it now 2:55pm and they still have not solved the problem….Snd yes I contacted my bank and they said the card is functioning normally.

I was very disappointed in the service after finding out there is a cost to download the app yet it was that the appeal is free.

The app sucks . It’s needs a lot more development . For example with iOS it says the app needs updating when I go to check there is no update
