My light bars used to sync with my Neo Box. I have reset them over and over and still light bars will not sync with box. I did all the steps to try to correct the problem but no luck. The light bars have a synchronize tab using the app but when click on it no proper connection to NEO box. I don’t know why it won’t sync up it used to add some good light effects when it did work correctly but now the light bars don’t connect properly…. Bummer !!

For some reason, the iOS version is unable to login to the Lytmi account. Tried on an iPhone and iPad, and neither will login. The only way that I’m able to login is using an old Android device. Verified username and password are correct, it just doesn’t work on iOS devices.

I really enjoy this lighting strip. There is a newer version that is capable of 4k and higher refresh rates. I don’t use the box it lowers the resolution of my 4k 120hz tv. I use all the app lighting modes. It looks great and wows people when the come over for the first time.

I’ve tried everything to get this app to work to no avail. I’m connected to the Lytmi Home app but not the Lytmi app. It just won’t connect no matter what I try. Extremely disappointing.

It matches the entire perimeter of the screen including the bottom! The only drawback if that you MUST use the HDMI port. You can’t use the TV’s smart system.

Hey, after that update, app do not work properly, please fix asap. There is no possibility to add a new home and try to re set neo box

If you cant connect app to your lights go to you're wifi and switch from you're 5G to regular it should help once you connect once you should be good

Please fix it! I try to connect but failed because of app shut down itself 7 times
