Need to improve watchlist. Can’t sort by stock name. Also, I created my own watchlist for diff sector. End up there is one tab which is ‘my watchlist’ and all the stocks from diff watchlist were also added at that tab. Pls solve this also.

What’s the point of having a trading app when your order not carried out. Cant withdraw too- always network failed. Scammy vibe.

Charter says the process is 15 minutes to process FPX deposits. It not only takes much longer than that, i even had to contact customer service about it. One customer service responded that they do not process transfers after office hours, but even during office hours the transfer is problematic. Reasoning need to verify that is own account is also not acceptable as it is the same account that has been used for all the other transfers, from the same account to the same m plus global account. This is unacceptable as time and speed is essential for traders to secure transactions.

As per title, it will keep asking memto log in even though I already did. Fix your app

I put in Rm2000 because of the promotion but it was a lucky draw and i got only usd 10 voucher. So i decided to withdraw my money but the app says “inter-transfer to cash account under maintenance” so my money got locked. It has been a week already! What is this??! My cash in was directly sent to margin account, and my cash account is zero. Without inter transfer to cash account I cannot withdraw money.

worst trading platform. too many charges don't waste your time using this apps.

No warning or anything before buy, press buy then instantly fill order with fees here and there. and it fill at the app current price?? while the app is supposedly delay 15 mins. i place sell and it fill with the current price in the app while the actual live price is different
