despite having many bugs and issues on the early phase of the new UI apps. the developer works hard to solve all the problems, and is now an apps better than the old one. with the saved card info, topping up is way more faster now. its great!
Firstly, my expiry date shown for my local data pack is 23 Feb 2024 which is inaccurate. It is supposed to show 9 June 2024 as according to my previous purchase (bought new data pack on 8May so 30 days later will be 9June). However i’m still able to use data, just i need to calculate the expiry date on my own now. Secondly, usage of data remains the same since 2-3 weeks ago? How is that possible when my mobile data is always on and i’m always on my phone too. Thirdly, i have stopped receiving notifications from m1 about my data is expiring soon. Even if i received, the message has bugs and it doesn’t tell me the date and time of expiry. All the messages i get from m1 now are about promo packs so basically advertising their products, but the necessary sms they do not send them anymore.
Since the update and renewed UI, everytime I've to use the app, need to login with OTP. There's no place to login with face id. Only happens with prepaid app, the My M1+ app is still ok. This is surely not expected.
Recently the balance is always shown as 0 on the main screen. It doesn’t show expiry date anymore. The user has to re-login to the App to check. But it will be 0 again on the 2nd day.
Apps keep asking to login again and again. Very annoying.
It is empty in top-up interface in the updated version. I cannot top up anymore
please change back to the old update the new update is confusing
The page says “language error” and can’t load anything. Can’t top up credit or do anything. If it doesn’t get solve quickly I will just stop using M1. It’s pity because the old apps was just fine. What have you done??!!
App auto close. Can’t open at all
