Went from no muscle ups to 4 in a row in the space of one short session
Met m17coaching in the gym, he kindly approached me after seeing me attempt a muscle up bare in mind I couldn’t even do one before hand, after a short technique review and use of some resistance bands I began to understand the movement better and working my way down the resistance bands I was able to go from not being able to complete a muscle up to being able to do 4, absolutely thrilled and amazed at the ability of moses’s coaching 5/5 stars !

Moses is very helpful and is very engaging as a personal trainer. The app is very useful and easy to use.
