I had put my son’s profile as an Active plus member. They provided me with an excellent Relationship manager in Reshma Rajappan. She has been not only very helpful but also meticulous. She was very good at being a good mediator and would communicate effectively with the other parents. It did not take her long to understand the specifics of my requirement, aptly sensed our pulse and responded with profiles which matched our preference.
