Macau should be ashamed
Piece of crap. The driver review and feedback function is a scam. All drivers have 4 stars ratings , which means ur review go straight into their garbage bin. Macau government and the Macau people should be ashamed of their lousy taxi service quality, the service attitude of some of the drivers are appalling and there is no way u can give a negative review that would impact anything, because ur reviews and suggestion are just ignored. Which means they will never improve and they just pretend they’re world class. In fact the cab service in mainland china and other places are so much better than Macau after DiDi and Uber come into market, as they take user reviews and complains seriously.
