MACU Mobile Banking

This app never works and I always get the message “System is not responding. Try again later.” I just check my balances on the internet now.

App signs me out every single time, then when I log in, it asks if I want to “Remember This Device.” I follow the prompts because of course I want it to. Then it doesn’t, and next time I open it, I have to sign in and it asks me again. 3 years of this app doing this, finally leaving a review.

Honestly, since 2020, MACU has been constantly blaming everything on the “pending recession”, they’ve been extremely scammy. Denying everyone. But this app, is garbage & since I no longer live in Utah, and live in California, I have to deal with everything over the phone or this app. The Mobil deposits NEVER work. I try transferring money into even my own accounts inside of the app and constantly get error messages. The customer service, is terrible. 45+ on hold is ridiculous. Having a discussion with one of your employees who says they have to have THREE jobs because you don’t pay them worth anything?? Is insane. I will be moving banks by the end of the year. This has been ridiculous. For the love of everything please choose a better bank than MACU.

I love looking at a white screen everytime i need to see if i can purchase the groceries i need to live. This app is terrible and if the best fix is to delete the app and redownload it than something is seriously wrong with the app.

This app makes banking so easy! Everything is in my fingertips. I can see all my accounts on one screen and deal with my money with ease.

App feels slow when scrolling. Can’t swipe left to go back like every other app

Consistently logs you out sometimes mid transfer. It claims to allow Face ID but that never works either. I bought a whole new phone to see if the app would work better it doesn’t. You click remember me and it logs you out within 5 minutes. The chase banking app never ever had issues like this one does. Garbage.

Says "you can unblock your card at any time" but not so when it's urgently needed.

The bank is very good but the application is terrible, it crashes, it does not have the option to increase your credit cards online like other banks, it lacks more language options

Looks nice but lacks functionality. Would like to be able to click on pending transactions to see full details. Would also like to have more customization in which accounts I see first at the top of the list. Also, the rewards for my style checking could be more intuitive and easier to check on. Otherwise, a decent app.
