June 2024 Worst experience ordering Hangs constantly. Have to shut the app and relaunch. By that time your cart is reset and have to start over!!!!!

يعلق + انهم منزلين عروض وكود خصم ما يشتغل وما صار له يوم 🤷🏼♀️
مع الاسف جعلوا عند طلب الحجم الوسط جعلوه صغير بسعر 20 ريال وايضا تم الغاء طلباتي السابقة في التطبيق

Fake promotions
I ordered 100 sar riyal worth of pizza’s and got 240 points. In the app they say 1 SAR = 10 points but once you start ordering they tell you each products is prices differently and only give you part of the points
اسوء خدمة عملاء وتطبيق
أسوأ خدمة عملاء وأسواء تطبيق البيتزا تجيني باردة مكشرة كأنها من زمان مصلحة ولما تتواصل مع خدمة العملاء ما في إجابة وأحيانا يسكرون الخط في وجهك ما في أي تعاون ولما تطلب من فرع قريب من عندك على بعد أمتار 400 متر 500 متر يروحون يحطونه في فرع في قلعة وأدرين ليش عشان ما فيهسائق يغطي المنطقة شركة لها مستواها ولها سمعتها في السوق ما هي قادرة توفر لكل فرع سائق خاص عشان يخدم الحي الواحد يدفع فلوس عشان ينكد على نفسه ويعيش تجربة سيئة راح يتم حذف التطبيق

التطبيق خايس طلبت بالبيت وخليت السواق يروح يستلم ولا اقدر احط اني وصلت لاني بعيده وهو عند المطعم وانحديت اخليه يدخل حسابي لانه قريب

التطبيق سيء جداً لو طلعت من التطبيق اختفى طلبك وهو لازال قيد التحظير وراحت بيانات الطلب ولا تقدر تعرف الطلب او رقم الطلب او حتى تشوف طلباتك السابقه عن طريق التطبيق فيه خانه للتواصل ولكن لا فائدة منه لا يعمل
Fix the bugs
Can’t use loyalty points!!!!!!!!!!!! And some offers gets applied but does not let you proceed with the order!
