Great to have wifi to go with this app. Really lucked in with wait times and managed to see two days worth of attractions in one day. Going back for more tomorrow.

Wait times are WAY OFF!!!
Signs and app said 50min when I entered Transformers ride. Over 1:15min later I'm still cant see the front of the line, and the app says the wait time is 60min now. We haven't moved in 20min and there's announcements now that the ride is having issues. @Universal you need to do a MUCH better job at informing your riders what is going on! We are now stuck and can't go forward or backwards - if an emergency takes place there will be mass panic because WE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!!!!!!
New version not working
New version of 28 juin dont work
Waste of $
Would have thought for $5+ it would have been able to guide you via GPS to where you wanted to go within the small maps. Wasn't up-to-date on attractions. I.e said no express lanes for some rides but there indeed were. Too expensive for what you get. Avoid this one!
Great app!
Easy to use. Love the map. It's easy to find your way around the parks, especially with the GPS and compass. The app was also useful for ride info, wait times, and restaurant menus (with prices). An app I am happy to pay for and recommend to others.
App works mostly as advertised
App does what is should except for family sharing as described when purchased. Our family sharing does work as my wife and I share purchases maxed by the other. This does not. Customer support says read the previously sent complete guide. The complete guide doesn’t resolve the problem. Single user works pretty well. Family sharing does not. Would rather have my money back.
Won’t show restrooms without upgrade!

Does this app really work?
I paid to get this and I feel like it doesn’t really give the most up to date info. I wish I had kept my money.
Upgraded for up to date wait times
Upgraded for the up to the minute wait times, yet now just showing closed and not giving any wait times. I even submitted an accurate wait time, it thanked me, still didn’t update. Will improve rating if fixed.
Thought this wasn’t an official app
It’s not. All the ads! 🤦♂️
